2025–Present

Retail e-commerce and quick commerce app for a Sharjah government entity, rebuilt from a legacy Flutter codebase into a modular architecture while live in production. Samsung Pay integrated through a native SDK platform channel, PCI DSS-aligned payment flows, device integrity via Play Integrity and App Attest, and roughly 65% lower Google Maps Platform costs.

Kidjo

2025–Present

Three kids apps sharing one brand, account and subscription: Kidjo TV for video, Kidjo Games, and Kidjo Stories for audiobooks, migrated from a native Swift codebase into a single Melos monorepo shipping to Android, iOS and Web. All three apps are data-driven players, so new content ships without an app release. COPPA-safe for ages 2 to 10, with more than 10 million downloads.
